Giuseppina Gualtieri

Industrial economist, former manager and consultant, she has over time taken on important positions in important companies in the sector of local development, services of general interest, airport mobility and public transport.

In particular, she began her professional career in Nomisma in 1982, of which she became General Manager in 1998, until 2003. In the same period she was also a consultant to the Ministry of Industry and the Ministry of Public Administration, where she collaborated for the establishment of the Antitrust Authority. After assuming the position of President and Director of ERVET and of the Bologna Marketing Agency, she was appointed President and CEO of Bologna Marconi Airport.

Since 2012 she is President of TPER (since 2015 also AD), one of the largest Italian local transport companies. She is also vice president of ASSTRA (Italian transport association) and member of the European Policy Board and of European Committee of the international transport association UITP.

Formerly a member of the board of directors of SEABO, now HERA, she also held positions on the boards of Unicredit and Unipol Group. Currently she is also president of Impronta Etica and member of the board of directors of the Global Compact Italy.

Married, she has a daughter.
