UNASCA is the most representative Association at national level (Ministerial Decree of Transport 9 February 2004) of the categories of Driving Schools (Article 123 of the Highway Code) and Nautical Schools (Interministerial Decree 146/2008) and of the Consulting Companies for the circulation of means of transport as per law 264/1991 (Automotive and Nautical Consultancy Firms).
