Valentino Sevino is the General Manager of AMAT, the Agency for Mobility, Environment, and Territory. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Milan and a specialized Master's degree in Environmental Engineering EPEA from the Polytechnic University of Turin, Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne, and Savoie Mont Blanc University - Chambéry. 

As an expert in sustainable mobility issues, he is responsible for the planning and implementation of projects and activities such as mobility management, sharing mobility (car, bike, scooter, e-scooter sharing), urban logistics, traffic planning (traffic regulations and parking, cycling infrastructure, road safety), local public transportation planning, and management of European, ministerial, and regional projects in the field of transportation, sustainable mobility, and environment.
