WHAT DATES DOES THE FAIR TAKE PLACE?

19-21 November 2024 

From Tuesday 19 November to Thursday 21 November the opening hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Entry and accessibility

WHO IS NOT A PRACTITIONER CAN ENTER?

Yes. IBE and INTERMOBILITY future ways are an opportunity for companies, associations, freelancers to update and compare and connect with the intermobility.

  • Admission to minors is allowed, subject to completion of the release form, from 12 to 18 years of age.
  • Italian Exhibition Group Spa reminds that minors under the age of 18, may enter the IBE and INTERMOBILITY future ways 2024 event only if accompanied by an adult exercising parental authority or guardianship, subject to completion and signing by the latter of the appropriate Release Form that can be presented to the Tills of the Fairgrounds already completed.

  • Yes, the fairgrounds is fully accessible to people with disabilities
  • Wheelchairs are available at the fairgrounds, subject to reservation as per the directions at the following link: click here
  • The policy provides for access to small/medium sized dogs ONLY if leashed and muzzled, but that is strongly discouraged, as both crowding and possible volume can be counterproductive to the animal's well-being.

The visit is allowed to the 4th and 5th classes of high schools.

CAN THE EVENT BE ACCESSED WITHOUT REGISTERING ONLINE?

It is preferable to register online before the visit, but tickets can also be purchased at the ticket counters.

How to get to the fair

HOW DO YOU GET TO RIMINI?

Highway: A14, Rimini Nord exit (3 km) or Rimini Sud exit (7 km);
Train: Milan - Bari line, Rimini Fiera internal station 50 m from the main entrance (operating every day of the event) or Rimini Centrale timetable on www.trenitalia.com;
Airplane: Bologna, Ancona airports.
