ENTRANCE OF EXHIBITION VEHICLES
The entrance of exhibition vehicles is recommended on November 18. On earlier days, as stand assembly is in progress, the full availability of the lanes and the freedom to maneuver is not guaranteed.
CAR ACCESS DURING THE SET-UPS
During set-up operations, access to the district with cars will not be allowed. Cars must park in the parking areas adjacent to the entrances.
HAND TROLLEY SERVICE WITH DEPOSIT
A free trolley delivery service is available at the entrances with a security deposit of 100 euros.
Removal of samples from the stand
Thursday, 21 November 21, 2024 - ENTRANCE RESTRICTED TO EXHIBITORS ONLY.

(it is necessary to be in possession of the “Samples Removal Voucher”)

STAFF REGISTRATION and STAND INSTALLER
To access the district during set-up (and disassembly) you need to:
- be up to date with the invoice balance.
- register all the people who will need to access the district on those days.
- activate the technical profile for the stand installer.
People registrations are to be made in the "STAFF LOGISTICS-REGISTRATION" in your reserved area.
The techinical profile for the STAND INSTALLER , which allows him to indipendently access the area for the staff registration and for uploading your projects and certifications, can be activated by clicking the profile icon available in yout reserved area in the upper right-hand corner and going on "Add Profiles".
