90 minutes dedicated to the meeting of digital and ecological transition, the transitions defined as ‘twins’ by the EU. Research and development, training and employment in the passenger transport sector are, in fact, undergoing a significant transformation thanks to technological evolution driven by digitisation and now also by Artificial Intelligence (AI).
AI offers advanced tools to improve transport services, carrier efficiency, user relations, infomobility and planning tools. In essence to increase the attractiveness and use of collective transport for a more effective ecological transition.
Specific training programmes can already create the professionals of tomorrow and contribute effectively to the more advanced meeting of digital and ecological transition.
