According to Unioncamere, 3.9 million new green workers will be needed in the next five years, with 65% of the skills required at the intermediate level and 41% at the high level of the entire projected employment requirement.

From these data and the desire to highlight the problem, as well as design a solution, comes the initiative signed by IEG, IBE and INTERMOBILITY future ways: Green Jobs & Skills, whose coordinator is Marco Gisotti, journalist and populariser, scientific director of the Green Factor agency.

As part of the broader project dedicated to innovation, which includes the involvement of young companies with Start-Up & Scale-Up and the Lorenzo Cagnoni award, Green Jobs & Skills aims to be the meeting place between demand and supply of skills and work, but also a valuable orientation opportunity.
 

THE PROJECT

IBE and INTERMOBILITY future ways, with Green Jobs & Skills, proposes themself as a facilitator between labour supply and demand, targeting

• recent graduates and school leavers from technical institutes
• young professionals
• workers who want to move towards sustainability
• companies committed to the ecological transition

A digital space for green job dating and a day dedicated to skills, orientation and training is offered to create synergies between young people and companies.

You are looking for personnel for your company, here's what you can do:
